Dating back to the late 1800s, five generations of the Schoenberg family have farmed the land located near Melrose in central MN. Many of the buildings that were built by the original settlers are still in use today such as the original barn built in 1904.

Our cows are cared for with a special program of high Omega III feed that produces high-quality personally crafted milk that is superior in the market. The land provides much of the feed for the cattle including alfalfa, corn, and a year-round supply of grass-hay.

We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our products are produced without the use of any hormones such as rBST/rBGH. Our Vat Pasteurization method gives the milk a very unique, natural, full-bodied flavor.
